At Vintage Ivy Co, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise, and returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, we do offer exchanges for any reason!
Custom-Made Items:
We do not accept returns on custom-made items, as each piece is crafted uniquely for you. We take pride in our creations and are confident you'll love your custom piece.
Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, we offer exchanges at your expense. All exchanged items must be in *unused condition* and will undergo an inspection before a gift card is issued for future use.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a gift
